solid stay!
daily cleaning easy access beach proximity
i was happy with the cleanliness of the room. the staff kept everything tidy and fresh daily, a great convenience after a long day. the location proved advantageous, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the proximity to the beach across the street made spontaneous trips very easy.
the gym equipment was slightly outdated, but still functional.

the junior suite was large enough for five people. i found it was adequately cleaned daily. the beds felt comfortable and offered enough space. storage options were also a plus.

There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The kids enjoyed it. the kids pool area provided plenty of sun loungers. i noted the animation team worked hard each day. the receptionists were helpful.

the hotel is across the road from the beach, convenient. the transfer to and from the airport was quick and easy. several restaurants are a short walk away. the promenade is near and offers many opportunities.

My double or twin room sea view included two sinks in the bathroom. The shower featured a great rainfall system. The balcony provided ample space to relax and enjoy the view. THE fridge kept our drinks cold.
The gym had limited equipment , with only a few options available.

dated decor ensuite problem
The location was good. It was easy to get to nearby restaurants and shops.
The decor in the room felt quite dated, and it really could use an upgrade. The ensuite was fine, but i would have preferred a walk-in shower.

perfect location beach access luxurious spa poor service unavailable room extra charge
This was my second visit. the location is great with the beach directly in front. i found the spa quite luxurious. the food options were plentiful. They even offered to prepare dishes not on display.
the customer service could be improved. i requested a ground floor room via email. despite their promises, i received a top floor room. no ground floor rooms were available initially, but one looked with an extra charge.

comfortable beds daily spa
i found that the twin beds in my double or twin room were really comfortable. also, the hotel offers a spa that i could use every day and it was great.
the bus stop was a bit far, it was about a half-hour walk.
